Precisely diagnosis and effective therapy of cancer have attracted much attention due to its high mortality.Therefore,a myriad of nanocarriers incorporating bioactivc molecules has been engineered for cancer diagnosis and therapy,overcoming the poor targeting ability and short blood circulation of the small molecular agents.Most multiftmctional nanocarriers are loading probes and drugs together for cancer imaging and therapy,which may limit the pharmacological investigation.Therefore,developing nanocarriers incorporating one agent with dual imaging and therapy functions may address this barrier.
