　　Many related researches are in processing to investigate MSC cell fate for genetic, epigenetic, cell cycle regulation, immune regulatory and microenvironment.Especially, disruption of epigenetic regulation is associated with human disease and the recent years, it has emerged as an important modulator of MSCs proliferation, and differentiation.Epigenetic major mechanisms are DNA methylation and histone modification.
