Among the identified thousands of circular RNAs (circRNA) in humans and animals,CDRlas (also known as CiRS-7) was recently demonstrated to act as a powerful miR-7 sponge. Here,we find CDR1as is downregulated in various human cancer cells. To understand the mechanism of action of CDR1as from a system perspective,we employed a quantitative proteomic strategy to systematically identify potential targets of CDR1as in hepatocellularcarcinoma (HHC) cells. The expresssion of 197 proteins was significantly upregulated after overexpress CDR1as,while 135 proteins was downregulated, and we validate the data using western blot.
