目的:了解抗菌药物所致ADR的发生规律,对临床用药起到警示作用。方法:时我院收到的抗菌药物ADR报告368份,按ADR涉及的患者情况、用药情况、ADR临床表现类型等进行统计和评价。结果:抗菌药物中涉及喹诺酮类药物ADR发生例次最多103例(占28.0%),头孢菌素类药物发生率为第2位(占25.3%)。ADR临床表现以皮肤异常、皮疹的发生率最高176例次(占47.8%)。给药途径以静脉注射ADR发生率最高249例(占67.7%)。结论:应高度重视抗菌药物ADR发生。合理用药,避免或减少ADR的发生。
Objective: To understand the occurrence of ADR caused by antimicrobial agents and play a warning role in clinical use. Methods: At the time of our hospital received 368 ADR reports of antibiotics, according to the ADR patients involved in the situation, medication, ADR clinical manifestations, such as statistics and evaluation. Results: A total of 103 cases (28.0%) of ADRs were involved in antimicrobial drugs and 2 cases of cephalosporins (25.3%). ADR clinical manifestations of skin abnormalities, the highest incidence of rash 176 cases (47.8%). Route of administration to the highest incidence of intravenous ADR 249 cases (67.7%). Conclusions: ADR should be paid great attention to. Rational use of drugs to avoid or reduce the occurrence of ADR.
