在尸解煤工肺组织中,用顺磁共振法(ESR)测定了稳定的煤自由基(SCR)。并对98名矿工肺组织中SCR的浓度进行了测定,这些矿工分别有或没有:1、煤工尘肺(CWP);2、癌;3、吸烟史。对非矿工肺组织中的SCR浓度也作了测定以作比较。SCR浓度与矿工工龄,煤工尘肺的严重程度、肺癌、吸烟有关。有30±1.4年工龄的矿工肺部组织中的SCR平均浓度为5.3±1.3×10~(17)spins/g,而非矿工肺组织中的SCR
In the paraquat lung tissue, stable coal free radical (SCR) was measured by paramagnetic resonance (ESR). The concentrations of SCR in the lungs of 98 miners were determined. These miners had or did not have: 1 coal worker’s pneumoconiosis (CWP); 2 cancer; 3, the history of smoking. The concentration of SCR in non-miners lung tissue was also measured for comparison. SCR concentration and miners, coal miners the severity of pneumoconiosis, lung cancer, smoking. The average SCR concentration in lung tissue of miners with 30 ± 1.4 years of service was 5.3 ± 1.3 × 10 ~ (17) spins / g instead of SCR in miners lung tissue
