在少先队课程建设中,我们基于队员的成长需求,选择学堂内容,充分发挥队员的自主性,构建“XIN”学堂建设的脉络;参照日历式任务驱动,开展XIN尝试,充分提高队员的能力,形成“XIN”学堂建设的内容;聘请不同角色的人员,负责不同课堂,充分发挥多元人脉资源,丰实“XIN”学堂建设的形式。力求通过“XIN”学堂的建设,拓宽辅导员的工作思路,增强队员们的实践能力,提高少先队活动的实效性,从而促进学校各中队少先队活动的正向发展。
In the curriculum construction of Young Pioneers, we selected the content of the school based on the growth needs of the team members, gave full play to the autonomy of the team members, and constructed the thread of the construction of the “XIN” school.
