本文论述了影响混凝土对钢筋保护作用的关键因素。论证了二氧化碳腐蚀环境下按现行标准规范设计、施工、检验验收的混凝土结构,其有效钢筋保护层厚度不足以保证结构在全设计使用期的安全。通过分析调研确认了大气二氧化碳腐蚀环境及人为因素影响下的混凝土结构,其钢筋保护层混凝土质量不足以保证结构在全设计使用期的安全。因此,大气二氧化碳腐蚀环境下混凝土对钢筋的保护亟待加强。
This article discusses the key factors that affect the protective effect of concrete on steel bars. The concrete structure designed, constructed, checked and accepted according to the current standard is demonstrated under the environment of carbon dioxide corrosion. The thickness of effective protective layer of steel reinforcement is not enough to ensure the safety of the structure during the whole design life. Through the analysis and investigation, the concrete structures under the influence of atmospheric carbon dioxide corrosion environment and man-made factors were confirmed, and the quality of concrete in the steel bar protection layer was not enough to ensure the safety of the structure during the whole design life. Therefore, the atmosphere of carbon dioxide corrosion of concrete reinforced protection of the urgent need to be strengthened.
