会议于1989年11月27日在福州召开。共收论文78篇,其中20余篇在会上做了发言和交流,并放映了清华大学与河北农大联合录制的录相片《大坝工程地质》及河北省千里堤病险工程的实况录相。综合大会论文及资料可以看出,我国建国以来已建成的8万余座水库(统计资料为坝高30m以上的坝库为86872座),其中有1/3左右属于病险工程。有些省、地区,如湖北及山西晋中地区的大中型水库几乎全部“带病”运行,小型工程的病害率则更高。据初步分析,病险水利工程中主要病害有:①库区漏水;②库岸滑坡变形;③坝体或堤身及其地基漏水及渗透变形破坏;④大坝裂缝或不均匀沉陷及变形;⑤大坝滑坡
The meeting was held in Fuzhou on November 27, 1989. A total of 78 papers were collected, of which more than 20 papers made a speech at the meeting and exchange, and screening of Tsinghua University and Hebei Agricultural University recorded a joint video “Dam Engineering Geology” and Hebei Province Reeducci risk record live . According to the papers and the materials of the congress, more than 80,000 reservoirs have been built since the founding of our country (statistical data are 86,872 dams with a height of 30m or more), of which about one-third are risky projects. In some provinces and regions, almost all large and medium-sized reservoirs in Hubei and Jinzhong in Shanxi Province run “sickly”, while the disease rates in small-scale projects are even higher. According to the preliminary analysis, the main diseases in the hazardous water conservancy projects are as follows: (1) Leakage in the reservoir area; (2) Landslide deformation in the reservoir bank; (3) Leakage and infiltration deformation and failure of the dam body or embankment and the foundation; (4) Cracks or uneven subsidence and deformation of the dam; ⑤ dam landslide
