2005年,受整车行业销量下跌和市场不景气的影响,商用车零部件配套企业利润也呈现大幅下滑现象,不少企业在盈亏平衡点附近挣扎。2005年12月31日,北京提前正式实施国Ⅲ排放标准,国内重型柴油发动机厂商围绕国Ⅲ提前展开激烈角逐。2005年11月18日,博世汽车柴油股份有限公司在无锡落成,德国博世和无锡威孚分别持67%和33%的股权。国内主要柴油燃油喷射系统供应商威孚落入外资之手,令不少业内人士“扼腕”叹息,也为我们探讨民族汽车零部件企业的发展模式带来了深刻的思考。
