冷库采用稻壳作隔热层材料,是我国冷库设计中贯彻因地制宜、就地取材、建设冷库的具体体现。在冷库建设中,稻壳已成为不可缺少的材料,突出地标志着我国冷库设计的特点。经过二十多年的实践,我们基本掌握了怎样使用这一材料的建筑结构的措施,比如用于冷库屋顶隔热采用阁楼结构。在长期的实践中,全国各地参加建设冷库的同志们,都对阁楼层所存在的问题有了一定的了解。为了进一步解决阁楼层稻壳潮湿问题,并从潮湿的规律中加深建筑热工理论的研究。我们连续发表了关于阁楼层问题的文章,从各个方面解剖问题的所在,找出合理的解决方法,希望科研,院校、生产、设计等单位都来关心这项工作。
The use of rice husk as insulation material in the cold storage is the concrete manifestation of carrying out local conditions, local materials and building cold storage in the design of cold storage in our country. In the construction of cold storage, rice husk has become an indispensable material, highlighting the characteristics of China’s cold storage design. After more than two decades of practice, we have basically mastered the measures of how to use the building structure of this material. For example, it is used for roof insulation of cold stores with attic structures. In long-term practice, comrades who participate in the construction of cold storage all over the country have some understanding of the problems existing in the attic. In order to further solve the attic rice hull moisture problems, and from the damp laws to deepen the theory of building thermal engineering. We published articles on the issue of attic floor in succession. We dissected the problem from all aspects and found a reasonable solution. We hope scientific research institutions, production and design institutes will care about this work.
