采用薄层层析法和高压液相色谱法对中药黄芩进行了黄芩甙的组织化学定位和定量分析,确定黄芩根中以韧皮部黄芩甙含量为最高,木质部次之,木栓层含量较少,中央枯朽部分含量甚微。并提出了黄芩药材的质量标准应以木栓层薄、皮部与木部面积之比大、无枯心者质量为佳。
TLC and high pressure liquid chromatography were used to analyze the histochemical localization and quantitative analysis of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi. It was determined that Scutellaria baicalensis root had the highest phloem content in the phloem, followed by the xylem and less in the cork layer. The content of the central decaying part is minimal. It is proposed that the quality standard of Astragalus membranaceus should be based on the thin layer of cork, the ratio of the area of the skin to the area of the wood, and the quality of the body without dryness.
