目的 寻找耳鸣掩蔽治疗较为合适的掩蔽时间、掩蔽声类型的组合。方法 受试的 2 7名耳蜗性耳鸣患者 ,平均分别来自于三个治疗点 ,并定为甲、乙、丙三组。按析因试验设计原理将掩蔽声设定为窄带噪声 (nar rowbandnoise ,NBN)、宽带噪声 (widebandnoise ,WBN)和言语噪声 (speechnoise ,SN)三个因素 ,掩蔽时间设定为 15、30、45min三个水平共九种组合 ,每组内患者间治疗的条件不同 ,每名受试者治疗 10次。对治疗前后耳鸣匹配的结果比较并进行方差分析。结果 给声时间为 15min时较给声 30、45min掩蔽效果差 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而后二者间无显著性差异。当耳鸣为单一音时 ,窄带噪声较为理想 ,当耳鸣为多音调时 ,用宽带噪声掩蔽效果好 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 用窄带掩蔽声或宽带噪声每次治疗 30min效果较好
Objective To find a more appropriate masking time for tinnitus masking and to mask the combination of sound types. Methods Twenty-seven patients with cochlear tinnitus were averagely treated with three treatment points and divided into three groups: A, B and C. According to the factorial experiment design principle, the masking sound is set as three factors of nar row noise (NBN), wideband noise (WBN) and speech noise (SN), and the masking time is set as 15,30,45min A total of nine combinations of three levels, each group within the treatment of patients with different conditions, each subject treated 10 times. The results of tinnitus matching before and after treatment were compared and analyzed by ANOVA. The results showed that the sounding time was 15min, the sounding effect was worse than that of sounding for 30,45min (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two. When the tinnitus is a single tone, the narrow band noise is ideal, and when the tinnitus is multi-tone, it is better to cover with the broadband noise (P <0.05). Conclusion Narrow band masking noise or broadband noise for each treatment 30min better
