湖北省机械工业厅受机电部委托,于1992年10月14～15日,在湖北鄂城重机厂主持召开了φ500mm齿轮毛坯辗扩机技术鉴定会。φ500mm齿轮毛坯辗扩机,是在取得对阶梯截而环形件辗扩成形工艺研究成果的基础上,采用单辊驱动,径向辗压原理而研制的卧式辗扩机。与国内外现有的卧式辗扩机相比具有以下特点。在结构上,机身为整体铸钢、滑块驱动油缸轴线与制件高度平分线共面、驱动油缸与机身浮动联接、滑块为V形导向、托料板可自动升降、采用微机数显测控系统实现对辗扩机的程序自动
