调研目的:教育要发展,教师是关键。进校作为县级教师培训机构,为了提高本县教育教学成绩,增强教师的专业化水平,有效地当地的教师培训工作,特地开展了本次教师培训需求调研活动。调研过程:本次调研采用分区分层的抽样问卷调查方法,我调研组对龙山县幼儿园教师、小学语文数学教师三种不同层次,不同年龄的参训对象开展了问卷调查。在2015年9月共发放问卷500份
Research purposes: Education should develop, teachers are the key. As a county-level teacher training institution, in order to improve the education and teaching achievements of this county, enhance the professionalization of teachers and effectively train local teachers, the school has specially conducted the investigation and study of teacher training needs. Our research group conducted a questionnaire survey on three different levels and participants of different ages at Kindergarten Teachers in Longshan County and Primary Mathematics Teachers in Primary Schools.
