一、前言光动力学疗法(photodynamic Thera-PY,PDT)又称光辐射疗法(Photoradia-tion Therapy)光敏疗法(Photosertsitiza-tion Therapy)光化学疗法(PhotochemicalTherapy),主要是利用光敏剂——血卟啉衍化物(Hematoporphyrin Derivative,HPD)可选择性被肿瘤组织摄取,并长时间潴留的特性,在有氧情况下经光照射可发出特定波长的荧光进行肿瘤定位,再经激光的辐射效应,杀伤肿瘤细胞,达到治疗肿瘤的目的。二、PDT 的研究简史近年来,Diamond(1972)用HP(血卟啉)加激光照射治疗实验性体内和体外的
