目的:建立酸萃取-氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定血中镉的方法。方法:微量血样经酸萃取、离心后,取上清液直接测定,反应产生的镉的氢化物用AFS-920双道原子荧光光谱仪进行定量测定。结果:本方法前处理简单易行,检测结果准确度、灵敏度高、精密度好,在0.00μg/L~0.50μg/L浓度范围内,呈良好的线性关系,检出限为3.75 ng/L,相关系数r=0.9997,样品的加标回收率在85.5%~102.3%,RSD为7.09%。结论:该方法是一种简便、快速、准确、可靠的方法,适用于血样中镉的测定。
Objective: To establish a method of acid extraction - hydride generation - atomic fluorescence spectrometry for the determination of cadmium in blood. Methods: Micro-blood samples were extracted by acid and centrifuged. The supernatant was directly measured. The hydride of cadmium produced by the reaction was quantified by AFS-920 dual-channel atomic fluorescence spectrometer. Results: The pretreatment method was simple and easy to operate, the accuracy of the detection results was high, the sensitivity was good and the precision was good. The linearity was in the range of 0.00μg / L ~ 0.50μg / L with the detection limit of 3.75 ng / L , The correlation coefficient r = 0.9997, the spiked recoveries of the samples ranged from 85.5% to 102.3% with a RSD of 7.09%. Conclusion: This method is a simple, rapid, accurate and reliable method for the determination of cadmium in blood samples.
