[目的]研究将艾滋病预防知识纳入公共场所从业人员卫生知识培训的可及性及有效性。[方法]对普洱市思茅区城区的餐饮、娱乐场所和酒店/宾馆的从业人员采用分批集中授课的方式进行艾滋病相关知识培训,培训前后均以闭卷、匿名的形式测试从业人员相关知识掌握情况。[结果]经过培训,普洱市公共场所从业人员艾滋病预防知识知晓率由培训前的89.91%上升到96.10%,对待身边的艾滋病病人不歧视的比例由培训前的88.56%上升到93.41%,愿意与艾滋病病人交往的比例由培训前的92.73%上升到95.83%,发生高危行为后愿意到疾控中心进行HIV检测的比例由培训前的98.92%上升到99.19%。[结论]在公共场所从业人员中采用粘贴宣传画、发放宣传材料和播放宣传光碟的基础上,采取分批集中授课的健康教育方式,取得一定效果。
[Objective] To study the accessibility and effectiveness of incorporating AIDS prevention knowledge into health knowledge training for practitioners in public places. [Methods] AIDS-related knowledge training was conducted in batches of centralized lectures for employees of restaurants, entertainment venues and hotel / guesthouses in Simao District of Puer City. The knowledge of employees was tested in the form of closed book and anonymity before and after training . [Results] After training, the awareness rate of HIV / AIDS prevention knowledge in public places in Pu’er City increased from 89.91% before training to 96.10%, and the proportion of non-discrimination against HIV / AIDS patients around it rose from 88.56% before training to 93.41% AIDS patients increased from 92.73% before training to 95.83%, and the proportion of people willing to go to CDC for HIV testing after high-risk behaviors rose from 98.92% before training to 99.19%. [Conclusion] Based on the practice of paste teaching posters, distributing publicity materials and playing the CD-ROM among practitioners in public places, the health education mode using batch and centralized lectures has achieved some results.
