根据水稻的光温反应特性 (短日高温促进幼穗分化 ) ,通过利用温泉热能与控光技术在温室内鉴定杂交稻种子纯度 ,可明显缩短鉴定时间 ,对秋季生产的早稻种子和早春海南生产的晚稻种子 ,均可在各自售种或播种前及时鉴定出种子纯度 ,且纯度鉴定结果准确可靠 ,同大田鉴定结果基本一致。该方法较好地将时效性和准确性结合在一起 ,克服了以往鉴定方法的缺点 ,2 0 0 1年 8月通过了广东省茂名市科技局组织的技术鉴定 ,有望成为广东省乃至华南地区的一种有效的种子纯度鉴定方法
