With the advent of a knowledge-based economy, enterprises in developing countries, especially large and medium-sized enterprises, must further strengthen their sense of scientific and technological innovation, improve their capital and industrial structure, rebuild their business organizations, adjust their marketing strategies and change their management methods from now on. However, the challenges posed by the knowledge economy are, after all, competitive talent. Strengthening human resources management of enterprises is of great significance to promoting the leap forward of the modernization of enterprises.
