寻求有效教学,提高教学质量是教师教学活动的根本目标,传统的教学观、学生观、教师角色和教学行为是影响教学有效性的主要原因。本文笔者结合自己的教学经验,主要从更新教育理念,有效组织课堂教学;营造和谐的师生关系,构建积极、民主的课堂氛围;引导学生改变学习方式,有效提高课堂教学效率;努力创造条件,加强实验教学四方面就提高初中化学课堂教学有效性探究一二。
Seeking for effective teaching and improving teaching quality are the fundamental goals of teachers’ teaching activities. The traditional teaching concept, student concept, teacher role and teaching behavior are the main reasons that affect the effectiveness of teaching. In this paper, the author combined his own teaching experience, mainly from the renewal of educational philosophy, the effective organization of classroom teaching; to create a harmonious relationship between teachers and students to build a positive, democratic classroom atmosphere; to guide students to change their learning methods to effectively improve classroom teaching efficiency; strive to create conditions, Strengthening Experimental Teaching to Improve the Effectiveness of Middle School Chemistry Classroom Teaching.
