对于大型渗碳件碳浓度场的数值计算,由于需要将表层网格加密,因此有限元模型非常庞大,对计算机要求较高。本文采用有限元数值计算方法,针对几种常见的典型结构特征,分析了结构特征对碳浓度场的影响范围的大小。分析结构表明,结构特征对碳浓度场的影响只集中在结构特征附近很小的区域内。因此,对于大型渗碳件碳浓度场的数值计算,可以将渗碳件简化为数个结构特征分别进行计算,这种方法能够在保证一定的计算精度前提下极大地减少计算量。
For the numerical calculation of the carbon concentration field of large carburized parts, the finite element model is very large due to the need to encrypt the superficial grid, and the requirements on the computer are high. In this paper, finite element numerical method is used to analyze the influence of structural characteristics on the carbon concentration field for several common typical structural features. The analysis of the structure shows that the influence of the structural characteristics on the carbon concentration field is only concentrated in a small area near the structural features. Therefore, for the numerical calculation of the carbon concentration field of large-scale carburized parts, the carburizing parts can be simplified into several structural features separately for calculation, which can greatly reduce the calculation amount while ensuring certain calculation accuracy.
