研究航空发动机多转子系统热弯曲稳态响应计算方法。导出能计及诸多因素的热弯曲复数传递矩阵,给出热弯曲振动位能计算方法,并将系统位能作为热弯曲振动水平的一种衡量指标。建立了多转子系统热弯曲稳态响应和不平衡响应计算通用程序,计算了Jeffcoff转子、单转子试验器及多转子发动机系统等多种算例的热弯曲稳态响应及系统位能,并与不平衡响应规律进行比较分析。本文计算方法有较大的工程应用价值。
Study on Calculation Method of Thermal Bending Steady State Response of Aeroengine Multi-rotor System. The thermal bending complex transfer matrix which can take account of many factors is deduced. The calculation method of the potential energy for the thermal bending vibration is given, and the potential energy of the system is taken as a measure of the thermal bending vibration level. A general procedure for calculating the steady-state response to thermal bending and the unbalance response for multi-rotor systems is established. The steady-state responses to thermal bending and system potential for a variety of examples, including the Jeffcoff rotor, single rotor tester and multi-rotor engine system, Unbalanced response to the comparative analysis. This calculation method has a greater engineering value.
