目的　探讨Dandy -Walker综合征 (DWS)的临床及CT表现特征。方法　 6例DWSCT平扫首次确诊 ,分析其CT影像表现。结果　CT主要特征①小脑蚓部缺如或部分发育不全伴小脑半球分离移位 ;②第四脑室囊状扩大与后颅窝囊腔相通 ;③后颅窝扩张伴有横窦、窦汇和小脑幕上移。结论　DWS的CT表现具有特征性 ,CT是早期诊断DWS有效方法 Objective To investigate the clinical and CT features of Dandy-Walker syndrome (DWS). Methods Six cases of DWSCT were diagnosed for the first time and their CT findings were analyzed. Results The main features of CT ① lack of cerebellar vermis or partial hypoplasia with the separation and displacement of the cerebellar hemispheres; ② the fourth ventricle cystic enlargement and posterior fossa sac communicating; ③ posterior fossa with transverse sinus, sinus and tentorium Move up. Conclusion The CT findings of DWS are characteristic. CT is an effective method for early diagnosis of DWS
