目的:探讨流程化健康教育在心胸外科患者护理中的应用价值。方法:选取医院心胸外科2016年1月~2017年1月收治的216例开胸手术患者为研究对象,依据住院期间健康教育方式的不同,将患者随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者施行常规健康教育,观察组患者在此基础上施行流程化健康教育。比较分析两组患者住院期间并发症发生率、胸腔引流管留置时间和住院时间差异,比较分析两组患者健康知识掌握情况和对健康教育的满意情况。结果:观察组患者住院期间并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),胸腔引流管留置时间和住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05),健康知识掌握率明显优于对照组(P<0.05),健康教育满意度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在心胸外科患者护理中施行流程化健康教育,能显著改善患者住院期间不良反应发生情况,缩短引流管留置时间和住院时间,显著提升患者健康知识掌握情况,取得了良好的健康教育效果。
Objective: To explore the value of procedural health education in cardiothoracic surgery. Methods: A total of 216 patients undergoing thoracotomy admitted from January 2016 to January 2017 in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as subjects. Patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to different health education during hospitalization. Patients in the control group underwent routine health education, and patients in the observation group performed the process-based health education on the basis of this. The incidence of complications during hospitalization, the indwelling time of thoracic drainage tube and the length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups. The health knowledge and the satisfaction of health education were compared between the two groups. Results: The incidence of complications during the hospital stay in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.05), and the indwelling time and hospitalization time in chest drainage tube were significantly shorter than those in control group (P <0.05). The mastery rate of health knowledge was significantly better than that of control group Group (P <0.05), satisfaction level of health education was significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of process-based health education in cardiothoracic surgery patients nursing care can significantly improve the incidence of adverse reactions during hospitalization, shorten the drainage tube retention time and hospital stay, significantly improve the patient’s knowledge of health, and achieved good health education.
