在信息时代，网络黑客现象成了人们关注的焦点。黑客作为社会的一个群体，具有自己独特的文化、历史和背景。随着社会的变化，尤其是信息技术的发展，黑客群体也在不断地演变。在现在的黑客群体中，既有英雄般的人物，也不乏计算机犯罪分子。本文在讨论黑客文化及历史的基础上，分析了黑客与网络安全的辩证关系，以及黑客与国家安全的辩证关系，并着重指出了黑客及黑客技术对社会的积极一面。
In the information age, network hacking has become the focus of attention. As a community of hackers, hackers have their own unique culture, history and background. With the social changes, especially the development of information technology, the hacker community is constantly evolving. In the current hacker community, there are both heroic figures and computer criminals. Based on the discussion of hacker culture and history, this article analyzes the dialectical relationship between hackers and cybersecurity, and the dialectical relationship between hackers and national security. It also points out the positive social aspects of hacking and hacking.
