威海高区人事劳动局将“促和谐、保增长、抓稳定”作为当前人力资源和社会保障工作的中心任务,牢固树立大局意识、责任意识和服务意识,通过较完善的劳动保障政策法规体系、劳动监察执法和争议仲裁体系,积极应对,大胆创新,在构建和谐劳动关系工作中取得了显著成效。去年以来,共受理举报投诉案件430件,涉及人数1050人,结案率达100%,清欠工资263万元;处理市长信箱、行风热线案件41起,结案率达100%;受理各类劳动争议案件160起,案件按期结案率达到100%。
