目的:建立复方龙脷胶囊中栀子苷和大黄素甲醚的测定方法。方法:采用Waters Symmetry C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相分别为乙腈-水(15∶85)、甲醇-水(95∶5),流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长分别为238,254 nm,柱温25℃。结果:栀子苷、大黄素甲醚分别在0.493 2~2.959 2μg(r=0.999 5)和0.063 4~0.380 4μg(r=1.000 0)线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为100.4%,101.3%,RSD分别为1.9%,1.7%。结论:方法简便可行,结果准确,重复性好,可用于复方龙脷胶囊中栀子苷和大黄素甲醚的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of geniposide and physcion in Compound Longjuan Capsule. METHODS: The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (15:85), methanol-water (95: 5), flow rate 1.0 mL.min-1 on a Waters Symmetry C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, Respectively 238,254 nm, column temperature 25 ℃. Results: The linear relationship between geniposide and physcion were 0.493 2 ~ 2.959 2μg (r = 0.999 5) and 0.063 4 ~ 0.380 4μg (r = 1.000 0) respectively. The average recoveries were 100.4%, 101.3 %, RSD respectively 1.9%, 1.7%. Conclusion: The method is simple and feasible, the results are accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the determination of geniposide and physcion in Compound Longjuan Capsules.
