以聚苯乙烯(PS)微球为模板,聚乙烯比咯烷酮为偶联剂,用超声化学法合成了核壳型PS/CdS纳米复合光催化剂(1),其结构,形貌和光催化性能经FT-IR,UV-Vis,XRD,SEM,TEM和EDS和表征。考察了反应时间(t)和物料比r[n(S2-)∶n(Cd2+)]对1rt形貌的影响。在最佳反应条件[Cd(Ac)228mmol,r=1.4,于室温超声反应3.0h]下制备的11.43.0具有明显的核壳结构,颗粒均匀呈球形,分散性好,平均粒径约320nm。11.43.0光催化罗丹明(RhB)降解反应结果表明,70min脱色率达到100%。
The core-shell PS / CdS nanocomposite photocatalyst (1) was synthesized by sonochemistry using polystyrene (PS) microspheres as template and polyvinylpyrrolidone as coupling agent. The structure, morphology and photocatalytic Properties were characterized by FT-IR, UV-Vis, XRD, SEM, TEM and EDS. The effect of reaction time (t) and material ratio r [n (S2-): n (Cd2 +)] on the morphology of 1rt was investigated. 11.43.0 prepared under the optimal reaction conditions [Cd (Ac) 228mmol, r = 1.4, ultrasonic reaction at room temperature for 3.0h] had a clear core-shell structure with spherical particles with good dispersibility and average particle diameter of about 320nm . The results of photocatalytic RhB degradation showed that the decolorization rate reached 100% at 70min.
