心脏的收缩时间间期(Systolic Time Interval简称STI),是临床上用以判定心脏功能状态的无创性检查方法之一。本法在动物实验研究方面尚少应用。猕猴(Macaca mutatta)的STI未见报导,近年来将猕猴用于心血管疾病的实验研究逐渐增加,寻求无创性心功能检查技术促进实验研究的发展,已为人们所重视。现将对40例正常猕猴在戊巴比妥钠麻醉下的STI值报告于后。一、实验动物与实验方法选用猕猴40只,其中雌猴18只,雄猴27只。年龄为4.5—8岁,经半年分笼饲养,并经过体检,血脂分析,心电图检查等证实为健康猴后,以戊巴比妥钠25毫克/公个进行静脉麻醉,用XG—&型心脏功能综合检查仪同步记录心电图,心音图,心尖搏动图及颈动脉搏
