文中主要开展高速公路改扩建工程新旧路面基层拼接方案研究,通过设计室内拉拔强度、劈裂强度试验对拼接材料的类型、配方、用量进行比选,为高速公路改扩建工程路面拼接方案选择提供参考。研究得出以下结论:界面剂组分A∶B∶水泥的质量比=1∶3∶6的情况下拉拔强度较高,达到2.40 MPa;针对不同用量开展劈裂强度试验,其中方案D的劈裂强度最大为0.848 MPa,并且其冻融劈裂强度比最大,为88.07%,方案C次之;综合拉拔强度、劈裂强度、破坏形态及变异系数,推荐新旧基层拼接方案采用方案C,即界面剂组分A∶B∶水泥=1∶3∶6,涂刷量采用4~6kg/m~2,涂刷层厚约2.4mm。
In this paper, the main splicing scheme of the old and new pavement of expressway reconstruction project is researched. The indoor splicing strength and splitting strength test are used to compare the types, formulas and dosage of splicing materials, which provide the choice of road surface splicing options for the expressway reconstruction project reference. The conclusions drawn from the study are as follows: the drawing strength of the interface agent component mass ratio of A: B: cement is 1: 3: 6, which is 2.40 MPa; the splitting strength test is carried out for different dosage, The maximum cracking strength is 0.848 MPa, and the maximum ratio of the freeze-thaw splitting strength is 88.07%, which is followed by the case C. The comprehensive drawing strength, splitting strength, failure mode and coefficient of variation are recommended. That is, the interface agent component A: B: cement = 1: 3: 6, brushing amount is 4 ~ 6kg / m ~ 2, brushing layer thickness is about 2.4mm.
