近年来,国内民众乳制品消费量不断攀升。预计到2020年,中国乳制品消费量将翻一番,每年的牛奶消费总量将超过700亿升。但是我国乳制品行业的供应能力无论是数量还是质量都距离国内需求有一定的差距。数据显示,乳制品产量从2009年的3205万吨增长到2011年的3548万吨,年均增速仅为5.2%。这并非是消费量达到饱和状态的表现,更多的原因是国内消费者对国产乳制品的信心严重受挫,转而投入进口乳制品的怀抱。
In recent years, domestic consumption of dairy products continues to rise. It is estimated that the consumption of dairy products in China will double by 2020, and the total amount of milk consumed each year will exceed 70 billion liters. However, the supply capacity of China’s dairy industry, both in quantity and quality, has a certain distance from domestic demand. Data show that the output of dairy products increased from 32.05 million tons in 2009 to 35.48 million tons in 2011, with an average annual growth rate of only 5.2%. This is not a sign that consumption is at full capacity, but more because domestic consumers’ confidence in domestically produced dairy products has been severely frustrated and turned to the embrace of imported dairy products.
