利用非接触式的测量方法,对弯折透明玻璃的表面形貌进行重建。首先,根据搭建的测量系统,建立激光照在玻璃截面上的光条三维信息与获取的激光图像的二维信息之间的测量几何模型;然后,采用高斯分布曲线拟合的方法,对获取的激光条图像进行亚像素精度的激光条中心线的提取;最后,通过实验,利用上述步骤,获取玻璃表面50个截面处的三维信息,并利用三角形剖分法对相邻两条激光条中心线进行拼接,从而可以高精度的获得玻璃的表面形貌。
Using the non-contact measurement method, the surface morphology of the bent transparent glass is reconstructed.
