目的:观察西洋参茎叶20s-原人参二醇组皂苷(PQDS)对实验性脑缺血大鼠血小板功能及血液流变学的影响。方法:大鼠结扎双侧颈总动脉伴低血压建立急性不完全性脑缺血模型,腹腔注射PQDS(12.5、25、50 mg/kg),设苦碟子注射液阳性对照组(25 mg/kg),给药3 d后,测定血小板黏附和聚集功能、全血黏度、血浆纤维蛋白原浓度、血沉、红细胞压积、红细胞聚集指数及红细胞刚性指数。结果:PQDS预防性给药能明显抑制实验性脑缺血大鼠的血小板黏附和聚集功能,降低全血黏度、血浆纤维蛋白原浓度、血沉、红细胞压积、红细胞聚集指数及红细胞刚性指数。结论:PQDS预防给药,对实验性脑缺血大鼠血小板功能及血液流变学的异常变化有明显改善作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of 20s-protopanaxadiol saponin (PQDS) on the platelet function and hemorheology in experimental cerebral ischemia rats. Methods: Acute incomplete cerebral ischemia model was established in rats by ligating bilateral common carotid arteries with hypotension. PQDS (12.5, 25 and 50 mg / kg) were injected intraperitoneally. The positive control group (25 mg / kg ). After 3 d administration, the platelet adhesion and aggregation function, whole blood viscosity, plasma fibrinogen concentration, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, hematocrit, erythrocyte aggregation index and erythrocyte rigidity index were measured. RESULTS: Preventive administration of PQDS significantly inhibited platelet adhesion and aggregation in experimental cerebral ischemia rats and decreased whole blood viscosity, plasma fibrinogen concentration, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, hematocrit, erythrocyte aggregation index and erythrocyte rigidity index. Conclusion: PQDS prophylaxis can significantly improve platelet function and hemorheology abnormalities in experimental cerebral ischemia rats.
