在煤矿生产中,为了减少采煤工作面粉尘的产生,通常要对煤层进行注水。为准确计量注水流量,一般需采用高压水表。 以前国内制造的高压水表,存在着结构复杂、工艺性差和流量计量范围小等缺点。为了改变这种情况,我们参照国外有关资料,设计出一种新型水表DC-4.5/200型煤层注水水表。在样品试制过程中,我们用正交法对样机进行了多次试验,并运用回归分析和方差分析的方法,对设计数据进行了修改,最后求得了有关参数的最佳组合。现该水表已投入批量生产,经用户一年多的使用,证明其主要性能指标已达到了设计要求。
In coal mine production, in order to reduce the production of coal dust on the working face, the coal seam is usually flooded. In order to accurately measure the water flow, the general need to use high pressure water meter. Before the domestic manufacture of high-pressure water meter, there are complex structure, poor technology and flow measurement range and other shortcomings. In order to change this situation, we refer to the relevant foreign information to design a new water meter DC-4.5 / 200 coal seam water meter. In the process of sample preparation, we used orthogonal method to test the prototype several times, and used the method of regression analysis and analysis of variance to modify the design data. Finally, we got the best combination of parameters. Now the water meter has been put into mass production, the user more than a year of use, to prove that its main performance indicators have reached the design requirements.
