随着城市现代化程度的日益提高和空调等的广泛使用,人们正面临着“城市文明病”——军团病的威胁。因此应引起人们的高度重视。 军团病是由嗜肺军团病杆菌(LDB)引起。LDB广泛存在于各种水源申,30℃～40℃水温最利于其生存、繁殖,故普遍存在于中央空调循环冷却水或存在于浴池热水、淋浴水、饮用水系统的热水中。其传播方式有二:①存在于空调系统循环中的LDB。经过冷却塔蒸发出的气溶胶,进入空气被人吸入致病;②LDB通过淋浴器喷水形成的气溶胶来污染空气和传播。
With the increasing degree of urban modernization and the widespread use of air conditioners, people are facing the threat of “urban civilization disease” - Legionnaires’ disease. Therefore, people should pay close attention to it. Legionnaires’ disease is caused by Legionella pneumophila (LDB). LDB widely exists in various water sources, 30 ℃ ~ 40 ℃ water temperature is most conducive to its survival and reproduction, it is common in the central air conditioning circulating cooling water or hot water bath, shower water, drinking water system. The mode of transmission has two: ① existing in the air conditioning system cycle LDB. After the cooling tower evaporated aerosol into the air was inhaled pathogenic; ② LDB through the shower spray water to form the aerosol pollution and spread.
