【目的】对64份甘蔗属割手密种(Saccharum spontaneum)云南割手密82-114(云南82-114)的F1代进行综合评价和分类,为进一步筛选和利用优良种质提供依据。【方法】采用灰色育种理论的灰色关联度对云南82-114血缘F1代的9个性状进行综合评价与分类。【结果】在64份材料的灰色关联度排名中,排名居前10位的分别为云瑞08-155、云瑞08-52-1、云瑞08-147、云瑞08-157、云瑞08-197、云瑞08-105、云瑞08-111、云瑞08-96、云瑞08-52-2、云瑞08-83,超过对照ROC22的材料有5份,超过对照粤糖93-159的材料有10份,其余的54份材料均未超过两对照。依据材料间灰色关联度建立三角矩阵,取等价截距λ=0.890时,可将材料分为22个类型,大部分材料可单独聚为一类。灰色关联度评价和聚类分析结果表明,云瑞08-155、云瑞08-52-1、云瑞08-147、云瑞08-157、云瑞08-197、云瑞08-105、云瑞08-96等7份材料可作为杂交利用的重点材料。【结论】灰色关联度综合评价结合聚类分析对材料的高效筛选和杂交利用具有较明确的指导作用,是一种方便、简捷的评判方法。
【Objective】 The F1 generation of 64 Saccharum spontaneum seeds in Yunnan 82-114 (Yunnan 82-114) was comprehensively evaluated and classified, providing the basis for further screening and utilization of excellent germplasms. 【Method】 The gray relational grade of gray breeding theory was used to evaluate and classify 9 traits of F1 generation in Yunnan 82-114. 【Result】 Among the 64 materials, the top 10 were Yunrui 08-155, Yunrui 08-52-1, Yunrui 08-147, Yunrui 08-157, Yunrui 08-197, Yunrui 08-105, Yunrui 08-111, Yunrui 08-96, Yunrui 08-52-2, Yunrui 08-83, more than the control ROC22 material has 5, more than the control of Guangdong sugar 93 The material of -159 has 10 parts, the rest of the 54 materials did not exceed the two controls. Based on the gray relational degree between materials, a triangular matrix is established. When the equivalent intercept λ = 0.890, the materials can be divided into 22 types, most of the materials can be grouped together into one category. The results of gray relational analysis and clustering analysis showed that the average annual growth rates of Yunrui 08-155, Yunrui 08-52-1, Yunrui 08-147, Yunrui 08-157, Yunrui 08-197, Yunrui 08-105, Swiss 08-96 and other 7 materials can be used as the key material for hybridization. 【Conclusion】 Comprehensive evaluation of gray correlation degree combined with cluster analysis is a convenient and simple method for judging the efficient screening and hybridization of materials.
