目的了解中小学学校卫生工作者预防儿童性侵犯知识、态度和相关行为卫生保健,为做好学校预防儿童性侵犯教育师资培训提供参考依据。方法于2009年3月对某市77名负责中小学健康教育、心理辅导、学校卫生保健的教师进行不记名问卷调查。结果在被调查的77名中小学健康工作人员中,96.1%赞成学校开展预防儿童性侵犯教育;45.5%知道对儿童进行性侵犯的多为儿童熟悉的人;22.1%知道受到性侵犯的儿童通常不会在身体上留下明显的痕迹。在被调查的25名小学健康教育教师中,有32.0%给学生讲过人身体的隐私部位不能随便被人看和摸。结论中小学学校卫生工作者缺乏基本的预防性侵犯知识。急需编写预防儿童性侵犯教育培训资料,重视对学校健康工作人员预防儿童性侵犯教育培训工作。
Objective To understand primary and secondary school health workers in prevention of child sexual abuse of knowledge, attitudes and related behavior health care, to provide a reference for schools to prevent child sexual abuse of teachers. Methods In March 2009, anonymous questionnaires were conducted on 77 teachers in charge of primary and secondary health education, psychological counseling and school health care in a city. Results Of the 77 primary and secondary school health workers surveyed, 96.1% supported school-based education on prevention of child sexual abuse; 45.5% knew more about children who were sexually assaulted by children; 22.1% knew children who had been sexually assaulted regularly Will not leave obvious marks on the body. Of the 25 primary health education teachers surveyed, 32.0% told students that the body’s privacy can not be seen and touched by people. Conclusions Primary and secondary school health workers lack basic knowledge of prevention of sexual assault. The urgent need to prepare education and information on prevention of sexual abuse of children, emphasis on school health workers to prevent child sexual abuse education and training.
