某超高层办公楼,位于杭州市萧山区,结构主体高度为149.35m,为保证结构具有必要的强度和刚度以及良好的延性性能,拟采用型钢混凝土框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒结构体系。文章通过对结构的选型、布置以及抗震设计进行了详细的论述,列出主要构件的构造做法,同时根据结构构件的重要性提出相应的抗震性能目标,并着重研究了中震及罕遇地震作用下结构的性能,并采取相应的抗震加强措施。计算结果表明:结构体系具有良好的抗震承载能力和延性。
A super high-rise office building is located in Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou City. The height of the structure is 149.35m. To ensure the necessary strength and rigidity of the structure and good ductility, a steel reinforced concrete frame-reinforced concrete core tube structure is proposed. In this paper, the structure selection, layout and seismic design are discussed in detail, and the construction practices of main components are listed. At the same time, the corresponding seismic performance targets are put forward according to the importance of structural components. Under the action of the structure of the performance, and take the appropriate seismic strengthening measures. The calculation results show that the structural system has good seismic capacity and ductility.
