为研究胰腺癌的转移机理,在我校原建立的人胰腺癌JF305 细胞系基础上,利用细胞克隆,细胞电泳,流式细胞仪及人癌裸小鼠原位移植技术,建立了具有不同转移潜能的人胰腺癌JF305 单克隆细胞亚系和具有不同转移潜能的人胰腺癌单克隆细胞亚系裸小鼠原位移植模型。结果表明该单克隆细胞亚系及其肿瘤移植模型的建立,为探讨胰腺癌转移机理提供了较理想的研究方法。
