文化产业是四川区域经济发展中具有战略性、支柱性的朝阳产业。在区域经济竞争中,四川文化产业形成了明显的比较优势。竞争优势理论是基于比较优势同时对比较优势的发展超越,也是四川文化产业从比较优势到竞争优势的基本依据。因此,四川文化产业基于比较优势,通过提升市场响应能力、创意创新能力、整合能力、集群式发展能力,增强了四川文化产业竞争力,从而实现了四川省从“文化资源大省”向“文化强省跨越”的战略目标。
Cultural industry is a sunrise industry with strategic and pillars in the development of regional economy in Sichuan. In the regional economic competition, Sichuan’s cultural industry has formed a clear comparative advantage. The theory of competitive advantage is based on the comparative advantages while developing the comparative advantages. It is also the basic basis for Sichuan’s cultural industries from comparative advantages to competitive advantages. Therefore, based on the comparative advantages, Sichuan’s cultural industries have enhanced the competitiveness of Sichuan’s cultural industries by enhancing their market responsiveness, creative and innovative capabilities, integrated capabilities and cluster-based development capabilities, thus achieving the goal of Sichuan’s cultural resources from the “provincial” “Strong cultural province ” strategic goal.
