阐述了硼桐油双改性酚醛树脂的改性原理,对以此为基体的编织型摩擦材料的磨损率和摩擦系数进行了测试和分析,并与其他几种酚醛树脂基摩擦材料进行了对比。结果表明,对酚醛树脂进行硼桐油双改性后应用于摩擦材料的效果理想。
The modification principle of the double modified phenolic resin with boron tung oil was described. The wear rate and friction coefficient of the braided friction material were tested and analyzed, and compared with several other phenolic resin based friction materials. The results show that the effect of double modification of phenolic resin on the friction material is good.
