本文介绍一种用于核电厂排风风道流量测量仪表——毕托-文丘利复合管(简称复合管)。该管在气体流速低时可得到放大的差压信号,故灵敏度高,且阻力损失小。该表置于风道中心区。从流体力学观点导出了该表的放大倍数和流量系数的解析关系式。根据相似理论及流体流动具有稳定性和自模性的特性,通过1/12风道模型试验找出实际风道中心的流速与平均流速的关系。复合管在回流风洞上进行了标定,给出了可供风道流量测量用的流量系数,这是常规仪表难于实现的。
This article describes a used in nuclear power plant exhaust duct flow measurement instruments - Botto - Venturi composite pipe (referred to as the composite pipe). The tube in the gas flow rate can be amplified when the differential pressure signal, so the high sensitivity, and resistance loss. The table is placed in the center of the duct. From the hydrodynamic point of view, the analytical relationship between magnification and flow coefficient of the table is derived. According to the similarity theory and the characteristics of fluid flow with stability and self-mold, the 1/12 duct model test was used to find out the relationship between the actual duct center velocity and the average velocity. The composite pipe is calibrated on the return wind tunnel, giving the flow coefficient available for duct flow measurement, which is difficult to achieve with conventional instrumentation.
