自从Fran和Ross用氟化镧单晶电极测定氟以来,氟电极得到很广范的应用。目前在血、尿、生物样品、水、空气、植物及矿石分析等各方面氟的测定中都应用了氟电极~((2))~((5))。它具有操作简便、准确、快速、干扰因素少等优点。在生物样品氟含量测定中样品的处理多采用燃烧法,但骨灰化后,骨盐不能燃烧,给电极法测定带来一定的困难,为此我们采用了酸溶法测定骨中氟含量,现报告如下: 仪器与试剂 一、仪器: 1、氟电极:CSB-F-1型,长沙半导体材料厂出品; 2、甘汞电极:232型,上海电光仪器厂出品;
