采用电化学和SEM、EDS等测试方法,研究了不同时效时间对904L超级奥氏体不锈钢组织、在H2SO4和HF混酸溶液中耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:904L不锈钢经不同时效处理后,其显微组织为完全奥氏体,并有一定数量孪晶。时效温度一定时,随着时效时间的延长,904L不锈钢的腐蚀电流密度增大,阻抗值逐渐减小;904L不锈钢在760℃,保温1 h下的自腐蚀电流密度最小,电荷转移电阻最大,极化后表面无明显变化,此工艺参数下,904L不锈钢耐腐蚀性最优。
The effects of different aging time on corrosion resistance of 904L super austenitic stainless steel in H2SO4 and HF mixed acid solution were studied by electrochemical and SEM, EDS and other testing methods. The results show that the microstructure of 904L stainless steel after aging treatment is completely austenite with a certain number of twins. When the aging temperature is constant, the corrosion current density of 904L stainless steel increases and the resistance value decreases with the aging time. 904L stainless steel has the lowest self-corrosion current density and the highest charge transfer resistance at 760 ℃ for 1 h, No significant change after the surface, the process parameters, 904L stainless steel corrosion resistance of the best.
