以桂皮、花椒和甘草3种药材的不同浓度浸提液做保鲜剂,通过对芍药(Paeonia lactiflora Pall.)鲜切花瓶插寿命、切花鲜质量、花径、可溶性还原糖、蛋白质、过氧化物酶活性及观赏价值等指标的测定和观察,探讨中草药浸提液对芍药切花瓶插寿命的影响。结果表明:桂皮45mL/200mL这一处理的浸提液对芍药鲜切花的保鲜效果最好,瓶插寿命11d,比对照寿命延长5d;观赏价值及各项生理活性指标均在对照之上。花椒45mL/200mL处理的浸提液效果次之,瓶插寿命为9d,比对照寿命延长3d;甘草30mL/200mL处理的浸提液保鲜效果最差,瓶插寿命7d,比对照处理下的切花寿命延长1d。
