有关老年患者颅内动脉瘤手术的报告甚少,手术操作的特点亦未详细描述过.作者报告9例70～86岁老年动脉瘤的手术患者,其中女8例,男1例,平均74岁.动脉瘤分别位于前交通动脉(1例)、颈内动脉(3例)、大脑中动脉(3例)和大脑前动脉(1例).所有病人都有一次蛛网膜下腔出血的病史.出血至手术时间平均18天.手术适应症与一般年龄组相同,但昏迷和症状恶化者不手术.随访时间6
There are few reports on the surgical treatment of intracranial aneurysms in elderly patients and the characteristics of the operation are not described in detail.The authors report 9 cases of 70-86-year-old elderly patients with aneurysm surgery, including 8 males and 1 male with an average of 74 years (1 case), internal carotid artery (3 cases), middle cerebral artery (3 cases) and anterior cerebral artery (1 case), respectively.
