目的了解乌鲁木齐市伤害的流行特征,为伤害的预防与控制提供依据。方法按照中国疾病预防控制中心伤害监测方案,在乌鲁木齐市选择1家三级甲等医院,2家二级医院,作为伤害监测哨点医院,监测对象为所有在哨点医院就诊的首诊伤害患者。结果伤害发生前5位原因依次为:跌倒/坠落占39.86%,机动车车祸占13.25%,钝器伤占12.93%,刀、锐器伤占11.49%,其他6.49%;伤害性质以骨折为主占32.10%,挫伤/擦伤占25.02%,锐器伤、咬伤、开放伤占17.66%;伤害发生地点主要是公路/街道占25.49%,其次是家中和公共居住场所分别为22.70%,16.54%;伤害发生时的活动以休闲活动为主(48.46%);伤害发生意图以非故意伤害为主(78.48%),故意伤害占16.23%,自我伤害仅占2.99%;伤害结局以治疗并回家为主(55.28%),观察/住院占44.58%,死亡占0.31%,其他占3.83%。结论乌鲁木齐市居民伤害0~14岁组和65岁以上组以跌落为主,男性青壮年以交通事故伤害为主,因此,提高中小学生和老年人的安全防范意识,完善交通安全管理,从小培养良好的交通安全行为是预防伤害的主要措施。
Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of injuries in Urumqi and provide the basis for the prevention and control of injuries. Methods According to the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention injury monitoring program in Urumqi, choose a three level first-class hospitals, two secondary hospitals as a sentinel for the monitoring of injury hospitals, monitoring of all patients in the sentinel hospital for the first visit to patients with injuries . Results The top five causes of injury were as follows: fall / fall accounted for 39.86%, motor vehicle accident accounted for 13.25%, blunt injury accounted for 12.93%, knife and sharp injury accounted for 11.49% and other 6.49%; injury mainly fractures Accounted for 32.10%, contusion / abrasion accounted for 25.02%, sharp injuries, bites, open wounds accounted for 17.66%; injuries occurred mainly in roads / streets accounted for 25.49%, followed by home and public residence were 22.70%, 16.54 %; The activities at the time of injury were mainly leisure activities (48.46%); the intention of injuries was mainly unintentional injuries (78.48%), the intentional injuries accounted for 16.23% and the self-injuries accounted for only 2.99%; the injuries were treated and returned (55.28%), observation / hospitalization (44.58%), death (0.31%) and others (3.83%). Conclusion Residents in 0 ~ 14 years old and over 65 years old in Urumqi City are mainly injured by falls, while young men and young adults are mainly injured in traffic accidents. Therefore, the safety awareness of primary and secondary school students and the elderly is improved, and traffic safety management is improved. Good traffic safety behavior is the main measure to prevent injury.
