目的研究硫酸镁及乙哌立松结合强化训练对脑卒中偏瘫肢体的影响。方法选取自2010年1月～2011年12月在本院接受治疗的脑卒中偏瘫患者127例,随机分为两组,在相同常规治疗的前提下,治疗组患者静滴硫酸镁及口服乙哌立松,而对照组应用安慰剂进行治疗,进行临床对比。结果两组患者治疗后,治疗组的肌张力情况、运动功能情况明显好于对照组,p<0.05有统计学意义。结论硫酸镁及乙哌立松结合强化训练对脑卒中偏瘫肢体的影响十分明显。
Objective To study the effect of magnesium sulfate and eperisone on hemiplegia in stroke patients. Methods From January 2010 to December 2011 in our hospital for treatment of stroke in patients with hemiplegia 127 cases were randomly divided into two groups, under the same conventional treatment, the treatment group patients with intravenous infusion of magnesium sulfate and oral Periprazole, while the control group treated with placebo for clinical comparison. Results After treatment, the muscle tension and motor function of the two groups were significantly better than the control group, p <0.05 was statistically significant. Conclusion The combination of magnesium sulfate and eperisone in intensive training has obvious effect on the hemiplegia limbs.
