本文指出在高校图书馆管理中确立“人本”管理思想的重要性,以及在贯彻过程中需要采取的依靠人、尊重人,发挥人的积极性、提高人的素质等几项必要措施。
This article points out the importance of establishing “humanistic” management thought in the management of university libraries and several necessary measures such as relying on people, respecting people, giving play to people ’s enthusiasm and improving people’ s quality in the process of implementation.
