目的:观察中药复方对链球菌性肺炎小鼠炎症p38MAPK信号转导通路的影响。方法:将48只BALB/c小鼠随机分为4组:正常组、模型组、中药组、SB203580组,每组12只。模型组、中药组、SB203580组采用麻醉并破损鼻黏膜滴注一定量肺炎链球菌法建立链球菌性肺炎模型;中药组在造模后以中药复方7.5 g·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)灌胃治疗,2次·d~(-1),SB203580组造模后以SB203580 1mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)腹腔注射,1次·d~(-1),共7 d。造模第7天解剖取肺组织,检测各组小鼠肺组织p38MAPK基因及p-p38MAPK蛋白表达水平和TNF-α、IL-6含量变化。结果:中药组小鼠肺组织中p38MAPK基因及p-p38MAPK蛋白表达水平和TNF-α、IL-6含量较正常组高(P>0.05),无统计学意义;较模型组低(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论:中药复方能有效抑制链球菌性肺炎小鼠炎症p38MAPK信号通路的活化,控制炎症进程。
Objective: To observe the effect of Chinese herbal compound on inflammatory p38 MAPK signal transduction pathway in Streptococcus pneumoniae mice. Methods: 48 BALB / c mice were randomly divided into 4 groups: normal group, model group, traditional Chinese medicine group and SB203580 group, 12 rats in each group. The model group, the traditional Chinese medicine group and the SB203580 group were given streptococcus pneumoniae by anesthesia and damaged nasal mucosa to establish streptococcus pneumoniae model. The Chinese herbal medicine group was given 7.5g · kg -1 (-1) (-1) intragastrically for 2 d · d -1. SB203580 group was injected intraperitoneally with SB203580 1 mg · kg -1 · d -1, 1), a total of 7 d. Lung tissues were dissected on the 7th day after the model was established. The expression of p38MAPK, p-p38MAPK protein and TNF-α and IL-6 in the lung tissue of each group were detected. Results: The expression of p38MAPK, p-p38MAPK protein and the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in the lung tissue of Chinese medicine group were significantly higher than those in the normal group (P <0.05), but not in the model group ), With statistical significance. Conclusion: The traditional Chinese medicine compound can effectively inhibit the activation of p38MAPK signal pathway in inflammation-induced streptococcal pneumonia and control the inflammatory process.
